Object history | Part of the Palitoy Archive W Goebel, a large porcelain factory, has made dolls off and on for almost two hundred years. More recently has been known for its Hummel figurines and dolls based on the characters. This one is similar to the Hummel group and bears the name on the back. Designed by Charlot Byj. The doll is a caricature toddler girl with stubby hands and feet and raised big toe. |
