Han Chinese woman's jacket (ao). Side fastening jacket (5 gilt buttons), calf-length, long and wide sleeves, straight cuffs, small stand-up collar, salmon silk satin lining. White cream silk mock leno ( self patterned floral and butterflies motifs) embroidered with flowers as peonies, chrysanthemums, magnolias and butterflies. Embroidery in coloured floss silks in satin and pekin knot stitch. Collar and front opening edged with 3 silk biais-cut satin band in light blue,dark blue and black. There is no sides or sleeves seams
