Pair of box-shaped elbow cushions with a wood core and padding above. The outside of the cushions are of tapestry weave (kesi) silk, with a yellow ground and a design in white, pink, red, pale green, dark green, pale blue, dark blue and gold thread. The design is of lotus flowers, bats and peonies. This is repeated on four sides of the cushions. The designs on the ends of the cushions are slightly different, and include jade.
