Simply modelled, Garuda in the usual kneeling pose, left knee on the base, right knee raised, hands in anjali mudra. The wings are tiny and there is no snake. The base is a flat retangle that could have fitted into a larger base. A strut behind Garuda supports a broad fitting above his head that could have been part of an incese burner or held a Vishnu image.
