Italian designer Giorgio Armani is best known for his unstructured, loose tailoring in luxurious fabrics dyed in subtle hues. This trouser ensemble in blends of grey crepe epitomises the understated elegance and enduring appeal of his designs. After the bolder fashion statements of the earlier 1980s, Jill enjoyed wearing this flattering, minimal outfit.
