Pair of cushion covers of tapestry weave (kesi) silk and gold thread. Both have a yellow ground with a pattern woven in yellow, red, pink, white, greens, blues and orange. The design on both cushions in of a central medallion surrounded by an oblong panel, which is outlined with several rows of couched gold thread and a broad border. They carry designs of lotuses, peonies and bats.
