Fan case of embroidered cream silk satin with coloured silks and gilt paper threads, and lined on the inside with red silk. With a ribbon handle. On one side, of yellow satin, is embroidered a monkey on a pine tree, and a horse standing under the tree. There are also insects and flowers.

On the opposite side, of blue satin, are clouds and an inscription in gold. The edges are bound with a border of chequered silk braid in blue and white. Held by a band of knitted purple silk weighted with two flat beads of green glass.
