Hand loom woven cotton textile (khes), possibly bedding but register describes as a 'dress piece'. Blue and white cotton, woven in squares with red and white borders, containing a blue and white geometric design. Made in one of the small scale cottage industries of Central and North Sindh. 'Khes' are labour intensive and expensive to produce, they are generally woven in sets of four pairs end to end, cut and then stitched together to produce the required width for bed covers.
