Woman's tunic (kurta) of crimson Lahore silk fabric embroidered with coloured silks. Magyar-shaped, with a bell-shaped body and shoulder and sleeve in one line. The neck has a straight opening front and back. The sleeves are short and tubular. The embroidery is executed in white, green, yellow and brown silks. On the front are sprays of circular white flowers and green leaves. Three similar sprays occur on the back beneath the neck opening. Both back and front are divided vertically into three by two stripes running from the shoulder to the bottom worked with repetitions of the same flower, whilst the bottom, neck, cuffs and side-splits are ornamented in the same way. The arm-pits have each a gusset of yellow silk.
