Woman's blouse (kurta) of embroidered red silk with white and black silk. With an opening off-centre to fasten with a loop and button (missing). The upper back and front and the short sleeves are embroidered in small running stitches with finely detailed and highly stylised rosettes, snail-like butis, flowering plants and peacocks. Geometric bands edge the sleeves and neck. The embroidered areas taper to a point on the front and back.
