Conical cap, made up of two parts (scalloped band and crown). Cotton base covered with metal-wrapped thread, sequins, and crimped metal strip. Design of panels filled with floral motifs. Lined with red cotton, and stiffened with re-cycled ledger paper with undeciphered ink script in English and Tamil.
