Headstone of the tomb of Nur al-Din Ibrahim, governor of Dhofar, in Oman. Dated Wednesday 20 Muharram AH 711 (8 June 1311). Made of carved marble. Ogee-shaped. The carving shows at the head between palm trees, three arches flanked by pillars, from the top of which hang lamps. The faces of the stone carved with horizontal lines of inscription between bands of vertical. The whole carving enclosed b y a wide border of inscription. The back similarly carved but showing only a single arch at the head.
