Plate, porcelain, painted in enamels and gold, with arms of Holbourne of Menstrie, Baronets of Nova Scotia. In the centre is a quatrefoil painted with a medallion containing the view of Fort St. George, Madras, and on the rim to either side with views of the Pearl River, Canton and Plymouth Sound. The arms recorded in 1755 as Quarterly first and fourth gules a fess humetée between three crescents or second and third argent (here or) an orle gules; crest, A demi lion rampant holding a mullet argent; motto 'deus summum virtus'.
