Plate, porcelain, of octagonal form with flat spreading rim, painted in famille rose enamels and gold. In the centre is painted the arms of Cunninghame of Craigends in Scotland quarterly one and four in a partly floral wreath with helm and crest above. Argent a shake fork sable, quartering (for Stewart) Or a fess chequy azure and argent. The Cunninghame of Craigends crest is A unicorn's head couped argent, horned and maned or and gorged with a collar argent and azure; the motto 'So fork forward'. Round the well is a chain border and round the rim a chain of pendant floral swags.
