Bowl of porcelain, painted in underglaze blue. Round sides with outcurved rim. Inside, on the bottom, seven of the Eight Buddhist emblems (bajixiang) are arranged in a circle round the eight, the lotus flower; round the sides are five figures of lady attendants of Xi Wang Mu, carrying peaches in most cases in baskets, below a border of cloud and thunder diaper. Below a similar border on the outside are the Flowers of the Four Seasons (plum, peony, lotus and chrysanthemum) with the pomegranate in addition.
