Having arrived at Krishna’s palace, Sudama is lulled to sleep by the god. Krishna is also seen conversing in a distant turret and reclining on
a bed to the left, while a maidservant fans him and musicians play beneath. Later, on returning to his hovel, Sudama is astonished to find it has been replaced by a golden palace.
