Five sided box of colour printed card with a cellophane window making up more than two sides. The box opens top and bottom but is sealed with sellotape. The back has a photograph of a Furby and a poem, "The Story of Furby". Other photographs on the sides show children playing with Furbies. Inside, the box is lined with pink card on which the Furby sits. It is a squat creature covered with blue nylon plush material with a white front. There are two blue feet, the large ears are lined with pink material and there is a long pink tuft on the top of its head. The plastic eyes and mouth are set in a surround of blue plastic incorporating a light sensor in the forehead. The eyes are large and brown with long black lashes. The mouth is yellow with an orange tongue. Both eyes and mouth are designed to open and close. There is a printed label attached to the Furby's left side.
