Machine-woven Wilton rug 100% jute with a red field and five Chinese-style circles. There is one border which has a light brown ground and a similar cirle in each corner and schematic black and white chinese motifs which alternate. There is a web along the sides which has been turned under and glued in place. There is a white cotton fringe at either end.
