Object history | Bought by Mrs Alice Hetty Brewis for use among her children: Mary Anne (b 1948), Sally (Sarah Jennifer, b 1949), Felicity Jane (the donor, b 1952) & Robert Goodchild (b 1954) (Sally was a "chesty" child, particularly prone to catch cold). The family lived in the Primrose Hill / Highgate areas 1948-1962, and the castor and camphorated oils were bought locally. |
