1. school attendance medal of white metal alloy. The medal, which is
circular, is suspended from a pair of gilt metal alloy bars with a
length of kingfisher blue petersham ribbon between them; the bars are
decorated with a scrolling design of stylized foliage, and a pin has
been soldered to the upper and a hook (from which the medal hangs) to
the lower. The obverse is inscribed "ST PATRICK'S SCHOOL WAPPING E
DENIS DELAY 1902", and the reverse "FOR REGULAR ATTENDANCE" within a
laurel wreath tied with cords. Both obverse and reverse are recessed
from the flat rim, and each side is edged with a closed garland of
laurel leaves and scrolls.
2. rectangular (hinged) presentation box of wood covered with black
leatherette, lined with blue silk and black velvet, and recessed to
take the medal. The box has a clasp which snaps shut. 13 x 7 x 2 cm.

Physical description
