1. Christening certificate of the donor (born 25/06/1937): printed in black & colours on glossy ivory-coloured paper, the certificate is of portrait proportions with a magenta border (with Maltese crosses one at each corner) enclosing the text and illustration. The illustration is of Christ in red, green and gold robes, crowned with thorns and holding a white-robed child on His left arm and a shepherd's crook in His right hand, while a similarly clad slightly older child holds to His robes. The certificate is headed "Parish Church of S.Michael and All Angels, SOUTH BEDDINGTON." in black, and "The Sacrament of Holy Baptism." in magenta; the exhortations to the Godparents (here called
Sponsors), their prayer, and a set of devotional verses are printed in black with magenta headings; the child's name, the date of the ceremony and the Godparents' names are hand-inscribed in black ink, and signed by the Assistant Curate of the Parish.
2. accompanying rectangular envelope of brown paper, printed in black in the top left corner "From the Vicar of the Parish of S.Michael & All Angels, South Beddington".
