A six lobed base with band of tracery, supports a stem with knop and upper portion composed of Gothic window work filled in with blue translucent enamel and pinnacles; the whole is surmounted by a double cross within a pointed frame, decorated with a crocketed band and cross on the top. The double cross with crystal front is stated to contain a fragment of the wood of the true cross, and bears at its foot the words 'Ece vere ligno' H. 10 7/8 in., W. 4 1/4 in.
