Lock with key and escutcheon of pierced and engraved iron, with four lozenge-headed screws for attachment. Rectangular lock, the inner plate pierced and engraved with 'fleur-de-lys', monsters and scrollwork. The escutcheon consists of monsters and foliage similarly executed. The bow of the key is pierced and engraved with foliage ending in heads of birds. It is attached to the stem by a moulded neck enriched with brass. The end of the four screws, which have nuts for fixing, are each engraved with a 'fleur-de-lys'.
