Small gilt copper cross, with rounded ends, made in two parts to contain a relic. The front is engraved with five roundels: Christ Pantocrator, the Virgin Mary, St John, and two other saints. The back is engraved with the figure of Christ on the cross, with piercings at the ends of the four arms. There are two small knobs, decorated with white enamel, at the ends of each arm. At the top is a hasp holding the two parts together, with a small twisted wire triangular bale.
