Two identical folding chairs, with chromium plated steel tube frames with mechanism for folding at sides, incorporating the mechanism for folding the back arc flat also. Red plastic (high impact polystyrene) seat and back arc. Front leg frame and back leg frame joined at the'knuckle' joint, seat suspended between them and pivoting flat for storage. Back arc fixed at the same 'knuckle' also folding flat.

Pair of folding chairs, English, designed by Fred Scott ca. 1970-1974, first produced in 1974. Plastic for the seats made by Synfina, Belgium
Physical description
Two identical folding chairs, with chromium plated steel tube frames with mechanism for folding at sides, incorporating the mechanism for folding the back arc flat also. Red plastic (high impact polystyrene) seat and back arc. Front leg frame and back leg frame joined at the'knuckle' joint, seat suspended between them and pivoting flat for storage.
