1. window box, card printed in bright colours, mainly blue and red, to show the title, Action Man Action Force and Z Force logos and a photograph of the toy; on the back is a photograph of the Action Force range. Box flaps open at each end.
2. lining, single sheet of white corrigated card cut and folded to support the tank and figure
3. tank, khaki green moulded plastic with moulded details of water tanks, grilles, fans etc.; mounted on 7 wheels on each side, no axles, around which are flaexible black caterpiller tracks. On the top is a double gun turret, each individually rotate with the lower part through 360°. This part carries a large gun with a 2 part telescopic muzzle. The upper gun turret, which has the on/off switch, carries a fixed gun and rotates about 30° either side of forward. The tank is battery operated and the battery compartment underneath is hidden by a removable panel (3).

5. soldier, white with black painted facial features, moulded plastic, with gun and helmet; sited under a sealed clear plastic canopy with yellow card backing. Figure is in green with black and red details, jointed at shoulders, elbows, hips, knees and neck. canopy -L.86cm x 3.5cm
6. sheet of instructions for the batteries, printed in 6 languages
7. sheet of instructions for turning the power on, shaped and cut to fit over the gun turret, printed in 6 languages
8. information sheet giving details of where to stick the decals, how to insert driver, and batteries; printed in 6 languages with diagrams and logos.
9, 10. sheets of decals, one clear and the other white, printed in colours with various logos and words such as CAUTION
11. club leaflet to join the Action Force Team with a picture of a commando, together with application form and a list of addresses in England, France, Spain and Italy.
12. tank, as above but made of moulded grey plastic which has been overpainted khaki green; there are areas where the paint is peeling. Decals have been put in place to show features and markings.
13. battery compartment cover, as (4)
14,15. soldier, moulded green plastic with black and red trim, red helmet with black sight visor; fully jointed with some elastic string.
*14 is overpainted a duller khaki colour and the steel pins for some of the joints are also painted; it is marked:- ©1982 HASBRO Made in Hong Kong.
*15 has not been overpainted and it is marked:©82-83 HASBRO Made in Hong Kong.
