Door of wood, lacquered, painted and gilt. Composed of framework enclosing three rectangular panels with raised centres, surrounded by mouldings. The panels are painted with figural subjects:
(1) small panel at the top: a woman apparently showing some object which she holds in a scarf.
(2) Upright panel in the middle: at the top, under a pointed horse-shoe arch, a man and a woman bringing presents to a woman seated on the ground; below, a man seated beside a woman, while another woman waves a scarf near by; below this, two standing figures, one holding a vase; at the bottom, a man leading a horse.
(3) Small panel at the bottom: two figures seated.
The panels are surrounded by elaborate borders of interlacing floral sprays on a gilt ground. The back is distempered green.
