Boxwood casket, oblong with sloped lid. Carved in panels with various subjects. Knights, ladies, peasants, grotesque creatures and heraldic shields. It has brass hinges, has a lock and key. Described and figured in the Journal of the Archaeological Institute, vol. XXXIII, p. 199. The brass work is comparatively modern.
