Object history
This item formed part of a collection of fifty-eight pieces of woodwork which were purchased by the V&A from the Architectural Association (34 & 35 Bedford Square, WC1), per Messrs. Bricciani & Co. Ltd., 254 Goswell Road, EC1. The group was purchased in 1921 for £500, and the individual pieces were acquired as W.6-1921 to W.49-1921, and W.52-1921 to W.66-1921.
