Physical description

Carved walnut door decorated with two round-headed arches supported on three pilasters, and filled in with shells, below which are vases, floral scrollwork, and monsters. The pilasters are also ornamented with vases and flowers. Above the arches are leafy finials and floral scrolls, which in turn are surmounted by round arches. The spandrels are occupied by floral ornaments and above is a smaller panel containing in the centre a device of leaves and legs between two birds' heads, terminating in floral scrolls.
