1. Packaging box, a tray of card covered with grey paper. One end has been folded over to form a buffer compartment which has been covered with a sheet printed in yellows and greys giving the title, makers' name and details, and description of the set. On the bottom of the box is a sheet printed with the details about the different sets in the series.
2. A sheet which fits into the base of the tray, printed in grey and black to show an illustration of a renaissance dome and lines to indicate the storage area for the various blocks.
3-21. The blocks, made from beech. These consist of columns, both plain and with capitals, two arches, a number of oblong blocks, and a finial for one of the arches.
