Small round cap knitted in one piece in thick white cotton in largely plain stitch with purl patterns, but also rib stitch and openwork stitches. The crown is divided into eight segments by lines of ribbing. Bands of geometric patterning run round the sides. Tension created by 17 stitches per horizontal inch and 19 stitches per vertical inch.
