Pair of silk socks, hand-knitted in stocking stitch in black, white, yellow, pink, turquoise, blue, maroon and orange silk yarns. The legs are knitted in the round, extending flat a short heel, picking up along its edges and continuing the foot in the round. The legs are in multi-coloured horizontal bands, separated by lines of black. Each band has a different geometric pattern in contrasting colours. The feet are knitted in white silk with maroon borders and a thin zig-zag pattern of floral sprigs.

Pair of silk socks, hand-knitted in stocking stitch in black, white, yellow, pink, turquoise, blue, maroon and orange silk yarns.
