Evening shawl of hand woven silk and rayon. It has a pale blue rayon warp with rayon weft forming a broken twill ground. The weft is shaded from lilac at each end, gradually through pale blue and lilac, to pale green and pale blue in the centre. A long twisted rayon fringe, lilac and purple at the ends, pale blue and lilac then pale blue and gree along the central area, is knotted into three edges. The rayons were dyed with aniline dyestuffs.
