Hanging of embroidered woollen crash with wool. Brown embroidered in blue, green, brown, beige and red. Stem stitch outlined with decorative fillings worked in satin, eye, running, double-running, diagonal, arrow-head and cross stitches, and with some solid fillings in Rumanian stitch and laid and couched work. The border is of couched green woollen braid with additional stem stitch outlines. The hanging is backed with blue crash. With stylised country scenes with Gypsies, donkeys, sheep, chickens, ducks and a variety of trees.
