Waistcoat of white woolen cloth, faced with red cloth, and trimmed with green and red silk cord and applied medallions and leaf shaped devices cut out of silver braid. The coat is sleeveless, widening downwards and opening down the front. The cloth facings extend striaght down either side, along the bottom, and round the arm-holes, and are edged with narrow braid of wavy outline. Those beneath the arms are ornamented with five rows of looped and plaited silk cord, with four small pendant medallions beneath edged with silk cord. Similar medallions occupy the two lower corners on either side of a leaf-shaped device. Facings lined with green glazed calico.
