These sample pieces below represent the weavers' interpretation of the design. The smaller piece was used mainly to test the smallest area of colour which would appear as a round flat colour-disc, and not as a hexagonal pattern of woollen knots.
Object history
Experimental piece woven in preparation for weaving the tapestry 'Over All.' The piece is based on a preliminary study for the tapestry by the designer Harold Cohen.
