Textile panel of crimson silk damask. Woven with a large floral pattern of stems with large blooms twisting across a lacy ribbon. There is one print repeat in the width of the textile. In the compartment, formed by the meandering stems and the ribbons, there is a plant with three flowers and three leaves. There are selvedges on each side. The selvedge consist of 2.5 mm of satin with a twill effect, from the binding of groups of threads at intervals, and 5.5 mm woven in tabby, 18 threads of crimson tabby, then 12 outer threads with a white silk warp. There is no outer cordonnet.
