Tapestry panel of woven wool. Under a tree on the left-hand side a Lord and Lady are shown on horseback with another mounted man beside them. Nearby is a man standing with two hounds on a leash. In the centre is seen the stag pursued by three hounds, while a fourth hound has been trampled underfoot. It is followed by a rider with a sword and by a man on foot with a spear and a hunting horn. On the right stands a man with a levelled spear ready to receive the stag.
In the background are trees and two chateau, one on the left and one on the right. There is narrow striped border all around.
