Furnishing fabric of crimson silk damask with a pattern of small flowers, fruits and leaves surrounding a bold, brocaded design in gold. Large leaves and palmette shapes are connected by curving stems to form a symmetrical cartouche framing a golden coronet.

The pattern appears in half drop repeat across the broad selvedges, which are woven with green and white silk.
