Cover of hand woven linen with a pattern of silk warp stripes at each side of the loom width. There is a narrow border all round embroidered in satin stitch and pulled work in pink and natural-coloured silk and metal thread. The pattern is of geometric flower shapes. At each end is a row of stylised flower sprays embroidered in cross stitch in the same colours. There are three small silk tassels at each corner.
