Yellow cotton handkerchief plate printed in dark red with a design commemorating the reign of George III. In the centre is a portrait of the King under which is written: 'REIGN OF GEORGE III from his accession to the throne October 25th 1760 to the PRESENT PERIOD'. Proceeding outwards from the centre in a spiral is a band divided into years running from 1760 to 1812 chronicling events and the ministries in power. In the four corners of the handkerchief are portraits of Wellington, Nelson, Fox, & Pitt
