Strapless evening dress of pale pink silk completely overlaid with black, ruched tulle embroidered with iridescent, black cellophane thread. It is full length with a flared, double tiered skirt.
The underskirt is interlined and the whole dress is mounted on an elaborate foundation consisting of thin, nylon net and nylon taffeta. The bodice is boned and the dress fastens at the centre back with a black metal zip.
