Fragment of a plain woven, linen cloth, decorated in blue silk counted thread embroidery in double running stitch. The decoration consists of three narrow bands of geometric design, and a wider band (the second) with a lattice pattern. The first and third bands show the same design, with the fourth having the design reversed.
The fragment is heavily stained, and mounted to a modern linen backing.
