Dress of brown charmeuse with a wide round neck, long sleeves and a low waist. The bodice is of pink, black and gold brocade, cut straight, but slightly darted into the waist. Over the straight skirt of the dress is an overskirt of charmeuse, flared and rounded at the hem and with open sides. It is attached to the bodice so as to define a low curving waist line. At the shoulder are lines of gold and pink darted embroidery with a motif which is repeated just above the turned-back cuff on the long sleeve which is faced with brocade of the bodice, and fastens with small self coloured buttons. Skirt and bodice are lined with brown chiffon.
