Cap embroidered in Badeha stitch of coloured silks. The top of the crown consists of twelve triangular sections of coloured felt in red, black, white and green, and the lower part of four sections in red and green. The lower sections have inscriptions in Arabic characters framed in cartouches. The seams are trimmed with narrow coloured cords in black/white and magenta/white, and the lower edge is finished with a narrow black fringed braid. There is a 'button' (ghul) of five rounds of felt on top of the crown.
