1. donkey and rider are of lithographed tinplate cast in two halves along the length and held by tongue and slot joints. The rider and the donkey's legs are separately attached. The donkey is grey with red; blue; white and black trim. Attached by a gold thread to the rider is a brown plastic football. The rider represents a little boy and is pink with brown; blue; red; black and white. The integral key is under the body of the donkey which houses the clockwork mechanism. When wound the donkey
springs up and down and tosses the rider and the ball about.
*logo showing two fishes in a ring or circle with the letts DOTT. G R inside. It may have been made by Mansei Toys.
2. box lid; card printed in colours to show the title and an illustration of the toy appearing to kick the football.
