The design consists of a rose tree on which a bird is perched and a tulip tree beneath which stands a peacock, all contained within a wreath of roses, carnations, peonies, tulips and other flowers. The design is worked in pinks, blues, green, white and yellow on a background that is party yellow and partly dark brown.
