1. storage locker pack; card printed in colours on blue to show the titles and details and an illustration of a dressed figure. On the left is the storage locker and on the right the pieces under the blister. The pieces consist of a blue rubber jacket with zipper fastening; navy blue trunks; breathing apparatus; harpoon; blue plastic fins (flippers); knife and sheath; depth gauge; face mask and hammer.
*Issued about 1977.
2. blister pack sample for the above; with green approval label; blister held in place by cellotape and staples. Label - Code No. 35023/Product U/W EXPLORER BLISTER/Approved by G Hughes/Date 5/12/79.
Harpoon gun missing.
3. book pack; card printed in colours on mottled green to show the titles and details and an illustration of men using the equipment. On the back are further illustrations of Action Man outfits. Inside the card is buff with details of the Underwater Explorer printed on the left and the pieces
under the blister on the right. 13 3/4in x 8¼in x 1

4. Drawings and plans; for the NEW ACTION MAN DIVERS OUTFIT; produced by Brian Turner; 15 Aug 1979 at Palitoy Leicester. The sheet is mounted on card which is then folded. It is divided into 7 sections of new equipment and specifications; each with a photograph of the items. They cover Basic Pump/Dinghy; complete underwater explorers outfit; divers cylinder and weighted belt; complete underwater mine detection outfit and some of the equipment being worn by a figure. The sheet states ALL EQUIPMENT SHOWN HAS BEEN TESTED WITH VERY GOOD RESULT. THE ITEMS DESIGNED IN THIS PROJECT MEET REQUIREMENTS STATED IN MARKET RESEARCH. Stapled to the left corner is a typewritten note from Brian Turner about the project and its advantages;
dated 17.8.79.
