Two and a quarter panels of a woman’s petticoat of blue silk satin, lined with linen striped in white and two shades of red, and wadded with a layer of dark blue wool. It is quilted in running stitch with blue silk thread in a horizontal pattern of an undulating leafy vine with sunflowers against a background of parallel diagonal lines at the hem, with a 1 inch (2.5 cm) by ¾ inch (1.9 cm) diamond pattern above. The hem has been cut off.

Physical description
Two and a quarter panels of a woman’s petticoat of blue silk satin, lined with linen striped in white and two shades of red, and wadded with a layer of dark blue wool.
